Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds.
First things first, I would to say Congratulations on furthering your beauty journey and THANK YOU for purchasing from ClemMarie Collection in your process. While we are more than happy to find a fair solution if there are any issue, we are not able to accept returns or refunds due to the hygienic aspect of cosmetics. Cancellations and/changes can be made if the request is placed before the order is shipped. Orders are usually shipped 24-48 hours after they are placed. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, or MISSING PRODUCTS
If the product(s) you have purchased from ClemMarie Collection are damaged, defective, and/or missing please Email: clemmariecollection@gmail.com. Please provide photo images of your package as well as the contents that are damaged or defective. If you are missing a product, submit an image of the items your received. ClemMarie Collection takes pride in our products and how they are delivered to your doorstep and we are here to make the process as easy as possible.
